Nicole received her bachelor's degree at Southeastern Louisiana University, Masters of Science degree from Indiana University, Masters of Business degree from Southern New Hampshire University and completed the Athletic Training Residency at University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.

Nicole has extensive experience working in the orthopedic specialty field, including as a clinical and surgical assistant in the Sports Medicine Department at Ochsner in New Orleans, LA.  She is currently the Director of Hospital Operations at the Ochsner Hospital for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine.
