Erica Kelly
Incoming Director of Educaiton
Erica has been a board-certified athletic trainer since 2012 and is currently working in Colorado. Erica earned her Bachelor's of Science in Education in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Medicine from the University of Virginia dn her Master degree in Athletic Training from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Cener.
Following graduate school, Erica worked as a certified athletic trainer for Wayland Baptist University before transitioning to the physician practice setting. In 2014, she started work at Lubbock Sports Medicine working with a Sports Medicine surgeon. While in Lubbock, she also served as recurrent faculty for Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, teaching Therapeutic Modalities and Administration of Athletic Training Programs and Professional Development. She then moved back to the east coast and worked for Duke Orthopaedics, in the Hand and Microsurgery Division. While at Duke, she founded the Orthopaedic Athletic Training Residency program.
Erica currently works at Children's Hospital Colorado as a Care Coordinator for Dr. Jay Albright. She resides in Parker, CO with her family.
