Tim Nicollelo, MS, ATC, LAT, LSSGB

Tim Nicolello, MS, ATC, LAT, LSSGB, serves as the Director of Network and Program Development for Össur Partnership Services (OPS). In this role, he leads national initiatives to strengthen independent prosthetic and orthotic clinics through data-driven benchmarking, strategic partnerships, and professional development opportunities. He has a strong focus on advancing athletic trainers in physician practice settings while also supporting clinic owners and healthcare leaders across the country.

Previously, Tim worked at St. Luke’s Orthopedics in Boise, Idaho, where he served as program manager for the Orthopedics Service Line, overseeing osteoarthritis and total joint replacement programs across six hospitals. He also spent seven years working clinically alongside operative and non-operative physicians.

Tim earned his bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of Idaho, followed by a post-professional master’s degree in Athletic Training from A.T. Still University in Arizona. He was the first resident of the St. Luke’s Athletic Training Residency Program in 2011 and later contributed as a preceptor, helping the program achieve CAATE accreditation. He has authored and contributed to multiple research studies supporting the implementation of athletic trainers in physician practice settings and continues to serve in leadership and advocacy roles for the profession.

Outside of work, Tim is married to his wife Sammie, and together they have two children, Everett and Maeve. He enjoys woodworking as a creative outlet and runs a small business, Legacy Woods, where he designs and builds custom pieces.
