Tim Nicolello MS, LAT, ATC, OTC
Tim joined St. Luke's Sports Medicine full time after completing the St Luke’s Athletic Training Residency Program in 2012. Tim is currently the athletic trainer working with James Beckmann, MD.
Tim is board certified and licensed in the state of Idaho. He authored research studies benefiting the implementation of athletic trainers in the physician practice setting throughout his time at St Luke’s. He has continued to help within the program as a mentor to the current residents and assist in their research studies as well.
He earned his bachelor's degree in athletic training and a minor in sports science from the University of Idaho in 2009, and a post-professional master's degree in athletic training from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona in 2011. Tim served District 10 NATA YPC representative and in turn created the NWATA YPC Committee.
Tim is currently pursing opportunities with the CAATE as a site visitor for residency programs seeking accreditation. Tim is married to his wife, Sammie. They have a son named, Everett.
