Tim Nicolello is a licensed Athletic Trainer and works at St Luke's Orthopedics in Boise, Idaho. Currently he is a program manager for the Orthopedics Service Line with a focus on the osteoarthritis and total joint replacement programs across 6 hospitals within the St. Luke's system. Prior to his current position, Tim worked clinically with operative and non-operative physicians for 7 years.

He earned his bachelor's degree in athletic training from the University of Idaho followed by a post professional Master's in Athletic Training from A.T. Still University in Arizona. Tim was the first resident at the St. Luke's Athletic Training residency program in 2011 and following his graduation played a role as a program preceptor and helped achieve CAATE accreditation.

He has authored and participated in research studies benefiting the implementation of athletic trainers in the physician practice setting. Tim currently sits on the board of directors for ATPPS and has presented and served the NATA and District 10 in several capacities.

Tim is married to his wife Sammie. They have 2 kids; Everett and Maeve. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking as a hobby.
