Matt Sienkowski MS, LAT, ATC

Matt is a residency trained athletic trainer at Spectrum Health Orthopedics in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Currently he functions as an athletic trainer and surgical first assist with experience in sports medicine, hand and wrist, and joint reconstruction.

He obtained his bachelor’s degree in athletic training from the University of Michigan. He then attended the University of South Carolina and completed his master’s degree, where he first was exposed to the physician practice setting. Following graduate school, he completed an athletic training residency at Spectrum Health Orthopedics.

Matt has presented at district and national conferences. He also serves on the Michigan Athletic Trainer’s Society Committee on Practice Advancement.

He currently resides with his wife Katie in Grand Rapids. He enjoys trips to Lake Michigan, backcountry camping, checking out new breweries, and going to Michigan football games.
