Marc Mortellaro began his athletic training career by receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Dominican College of Blauvelt in Orangeburg, NY and his Master of Science degree in Movement Science from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ. Following completion of his Masters of Science degree, Marc continued his academic journey with the completion of his Doctor of Philosophy degree in 2019 from Seton Hall University. 

Marc has over 12 years’ experience working as an athletic trainer in the orthopedic physician practice setting. He began his career back in 2009 working as an athletic trainer at Orthopedic Associates of Dutchess County in Poughkeepsie, NY. In 2012 he took on his new role of athletic trainer with Columbia Orthopedics in New York, NY. Marc currently serves as the manager of athletic training services at Columbia Orthopedics, overseeing 12 full-time athletic trainers who work directly with orthopedic physicians. He continues his work as a physician extender alongside Dr. Charles M. Jobin, an orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder, elbow and sports injuries. 

Marc currently resides in New Jersey with his wife Christina.
