Mandatory Requirements (if unable to meet these requirements, your submission will not be accepted)

Must be the 3rd or 4th weekend of February

Must be Thursday through Saturday

Minimum capacity - 300 attendees (General Sessions)

Additional space to run concurrent sessions and labs/breakouts

Vendor Space (to accommodate minimum 20 vendors which includes an 8 foot table space per vendor)

Airport Proximity - 30 min maximum travel time (unless mass public transportation is available)
